Train: the cheapest way about how
to get to Cagliari from the Airport.
For sure the train is the best solution that we recommend you. You will find the railway station inside the Cagliari Elmas Airport district so, you should just follow the sign, walking out of “Arrivals” area, which shows “Trains“.
After 300mts, you will see the vending machines then, with just Eur 1.30, grab your ticket to the Cagliari Centrale railway station. Thus, you will reach the center of Cagliari within just 10 minutes! From there, Ca’ del Sol is at just 500 meters faraway!

Bus: not recommended!
We have to say you that, about how to get to Cagliari from the airport, bus seems to work improperly!
The Bus rides are provided by the main company of Sardinia: A.R.S.T. but the service works just few times per day. The company of the city of Cagliari C.T.M. is no longer run from. However, the cost of the ticket is Eur 1.30.
Taxi: comfortable, fast and with a reliable price.
No doubt! If you like to reach the center of Cagliari comfortably, Taxi is really the best solution!
The daytime rate is around Eur 22 the night one is about Eur 30.
From the airport “Arrivals” area you will see dozens of cars ready for.
We rely on the Taxi Cagliari company, we have an agreement with them, therefore, just say: “I sleep at Ca’ del Sol“!
Car: why not, but what’s about the parking?
Did you rent a car at the airport? Well done!
You can reach the city center within 10 minutes driving. Just follow the signs to “Cagliari centro – Porto“, approaching the Port of Cagliari area it’s quite easy to find parking from about Eur 1 rate, for the first hour, then from Eur 2 for the following hours. Did you choose Ca’ del Sol for your holiday? Oh thank you! So, you can find free parking in front of the door of our building or, in the nearby streets.
Private transfer: the best choice!
If you call us at least 12 hours before your arrival, we can provide you of a good transfer service, directly from the “Arrivals” area of the airport, to Ca’ del Sol in viale Regina Margherita – Cagliari downtown.
